Betsy Corbin was very easy to deal with. Betsy was very friendly with a positive attitude and explained everything about the car. She was very gracious about answering our questions. Even though we had been to other dealers to look at the Pilot, she wanted to be sure that we knew the ins and outs about the car. There were no games, surprises or dramatics in purchasing the 2010 Pilot EX. The deal was so smooth it was almost too good to be true!

After checking the internet for a new 2009 Honda Civic, I checked several area Honda dealers to see what they had in stock. I drove by Honda Carland North one Sunday night after they had closed & spotted a Black Civic with a manual transmission that I was interested in. I then e-mailed several Honda dealers around the Atlanta are to see what Civics were in stock with a manual transmission or what cars could be located within a reasonable geographic location. Shaon Robertson e-mailed me back (immediately) the next day with availablility options and the "internet" price of the Black Civic that I had previously spotted at the dealership. The "internet price" is a great feature, as it was not only a substantial reduction from the sticker price displayed on the vehicle (end of the year savings), but allowed me to compare vehicle prices with other dealers without having to physically drive all over the metro-Atlanta area. After checking the dealer rating of Honda Carland North, I visited Sharon Robertson & was very pleased with her attitude, as well as the attitudes of everyone associated with this dealership; friendly, helpful, & no "car salesman" attitude. I indeed purchased the Honda Civic & was more than satisfied with the price (we were even able to reduce the already good internet price just a little bit because pinstripes had been added to the car by the dealer & I just did not want them. They gladly removed them & reduced the selling price just a bit so that I didn't feel like I'd paid for something that had been removed).

I would whole-heartedly recommend this dealership and this sales person. There were absolutely NO games played (add ons, negotiating tactics/games, etc)that I have experienced with EVERY other dealer from whom I have purchased new vehicles in the past. I am 56 years old & have purchased many new cars in my life-time & this was by FAR the most pleasant car-buying experience that I have ever had. The entire process was easy, fast, & convenient. No waiting, no delays, no "hard sell tactic". Just nice folks wanting to sell a great, well-respected product & wanting to treat a customer like a customer SHOULD be treated. GREAT EXPERIENCE. And.....the Civic has been absolutely GREAT------well designed, well engineered, & a pleasure to drive.

Alan was very freindly and helpful in test-driving and working out the paperwork for my new vehicle. He made sure I was aware of the responsibility I was getting into and made sure I was happy with my new car. He called me a few days later to check on me and make sure I was still a happy, new car customer. I did have some problems with the finance department, but was very pleased with Alan's service.

Very friendly and accomodating to me as a new customer who is new to this region. I moved to Rome Georgia from Santa Barbara, California and needed a new car. This dealership located the car I wanted and beat every other competitors prices. The new car transaction was smooth except for one glitch with the paperwork which they promptly corrected. I would absolutely recommend this dealer for a new car purchase. I have yet to see how their service department is as my car is less than one week old.

We had been shopping on-line for cars and started an email conversation with Sharon. We really appreciated the drive-out price break-down that she sent to us so we could easily shop and compare prices. After visitng a couple other car dealerships, we finally ended up in Cartersville. We are glad we did! We were greeted at the door like it was a home, not a car dealership. Sharon immediately went to work getting our car ready to drive home and the paperwork started. She was efficient and friendly. They offered us financing, but didn't push it on us after they found out we had our own financing. We love our 09 Honda Civic! and will definitely return to Honda Carland North and Sharon Robertson to buy our next car.

i came by just to visit and while looking at the cars JR came over. he introduce himself and ask me what he could help me with. all i wanted was a brochure and i got one and a test drive. he let me know what honda carland is, its more than a car dealer is a family and treat everyone like family. JR was honest,kind and most importantly JR didnt try to pressure me into a sale of a new car. just because JR was himself and the great service he provided me is why i purchased a new honda accord oh yeah and a great price. i recommend that any and everyone come to honda carland before buying anywhere else. i give them a 10 out of 10. my best experience while purchasing a car. kim s.

Betsy was the most cordial and informative salesperson we have ever experienced in over 50-years of buying vehicles. She was thorough in selling the new vehicle, along with detail oriented in explaining all details at closing. Kudows also to Ron Herndon who handled all paperwork with dispatch and great efficiency. A pleasurable experience with the entire dealership. Honda should be proud!

Sharon is their internet sales representive. She was very prompt in answering all of our questions. She even replied to emails on her specified "days off" and after hours. When we went into the showroom there were no high pressure sales. She is extremely friendly and personalble. She called well after we purchased our vehicle to make sure we were happy and to see if there was anything that she could do to further assist us. We have recommended Honda Carland North and Specifically Sharon to several people that we know. In fact we drove further and bypassed another Honda dealership to deal with Sharon due to the way she treated us. THe other dealership was not friendly nor personalble. We are extremely happy with our Honda Odyssey!

Wayne is always customer oriented and friendly. He takes good care of my 2006 Honda Accord. He is very knowledgeable about Hondas. All my questions are answered thoroughly. I do not feel that I'm sold something that is unnecessary. The worhsheet is easy to read.

This was my third experience buying a new Honda, and it was definitely the "best" experience yet. I felt very comfortable at the dealership, and I will definitely spread the word about my great experience I had. Everyone was so nice and made my car-buying experience "fun" instead of "stressful." I was very pleased with everything at this dealership. During my visits to this dealership, everyone was very nice and willing to help or answer any questions I had. I never felt any pressure, which made my decision to buy from them very easy. Thank you so much for a pleasurable car-buying experience!
